BARRO in Brooklyn, Latin American in Clay - "Barro" is a group exhibition showcasing the works of Fernanda Uribe, Alejandra Rojas, and Gonzalo Miñano. Rojas, a Peruvian immigrant and architect, channels her passion for design into sculptural clay creations. Uribe, a Brooklyn-based artist, blends her Mexican-Cuban identity with ancient inspirations in her sculptures and paintings. Meanwhile, Miñano, a Peruvian visual artist based in New York, explores themes of gender identity, religion, death, and pleasure in his evocative pieces. "Barro" narrates the diverse expressions of Latin American culture through the medium of clay.

Build a Pipe Workshop with Kaitlyn Sather - A beginner friendly pipe making workshop! In this 3 hour workshop, we’ll design, sculpt and glaze our own totally unique ceramic pipes. We will be working with stoneware clay and food safe glazes, so your finished piece will be entirely functional and food (or smoke) safe! Pieces will be glazed & fired off site and returned to A.MANO for pickup in 2-3 weeks. Must be 21+
